Nationally, our bicenten- nial has propelled us into the beginning of our third century. Politically, this year is the beginning of a new Presidency. For students every year is a new beginning, one notch higher on the educational ladder. For Seniors Commencement means the beginning of an en- tirely new phase of life . For some of our students, there has been a new beginning spiritually, for during this year they have found Jesus Christ as personal Saviour and begun a new life in Him . Every year brings new people, new ideas, new challenges, new opportunities and even new problems into our lives. God uses each of these to mold our lives year by year into His perfect plan . He has many more new be- ginnings for us in the years ahead as He pre- pares us to become the person He wants us to be .
