This is the highest award that can be obtained. Honor teams are organized in volleyball, basketball, and softball. Members are chosen on the basis of sportsmanship, participation, leadership, and skill. Several girls were chosen to play the Danbury girl's basketball team. Soccer was played in the fall, although not as much time was spent on this sport as on others. Individual tournaments are held in aerial tennis and badminton. Much of the progress made by the girls is due to Miss Kirk, our sponsor and advisor, who is aided by the council. These people arrange the meetings and plan extra events such as tournaments.
