N.S.F.P.L.P.L. S.Q. highlights green giant hoot and stomp Entertainers at the dance were the New San Francisco Public Library Parking Lot String Quartet from Olivet College. The Valley of the Jolly Green Giant Hoot and Stomp was held March 26. Over two hundred people attended the dance held by the journalism class. The N.S.F.P.L. P.L.S.Q. from Olivet and the Petty Boys from M.V. performed during the dance. The Jolly Green Giant, Dick Steward, and friend, Merlene Jones, ruled the dance. 10 Casual pea-pickin' clothes were the rule at the Hoot and Stomp.
