Hard at work, these Freshmen carefully prepare their work for Mechanical drawing, This is a new endeavor for the Freshmen. XM The Big Step For the Freshman class, this is an exciting year. We have been anticipating the beginning of our high school years long before Labor Day, and now the first day has finally come. As we walked through the Freshman hall we saw that every- one, in his own way, looked different, whether it was a new fall wardrobe, or just a new hairstyle, and now it was all beginning. We saw the difference between being l'mere eighth graders and l'big 9th graders as soon as school began. We felt tand looked, in many casesj much older. As we saw some of our younger friends, we couIdn't believe we were that, just 3 months before. lt was a great feeling, to know we were in the senior high school and not the junior high anymore. Now that we have finished ninth grade, we know what to expect for the next three years. Let's just hope they are as great as our freshman year!
