.f KN MRS. GRACE ACHTERMANN New York State College for Teachers, B.S., at Buffalo, N. Y. Teaching school and keeping house are both fullvtime jobs, but Mrs. Achtermann finds time to teach a class in social dancing too. She teaches 7th and Sth grade Home Economics here at the high school. MR. ROBERT KASTELIC This is Mr. Kastelic's First year at Maple Heights High. where he teaches General Math. Senior Math, and Algebra. In addition, he is assistant Football Coach of the co-champion Mustangs. Out- side of school Mr. Kastt-lic's interests favor around politics. MISS JANET LANG Miami University, B.A. Miss I.ang's time is spent teaching Home Economics l. ll. and Ill. These Home lic. classes include cooking. sewing. home care and good grooming. She is also acting adviser for the Home Iiconomics Vlub. MR. EARL LYNHAM Ohio State University, B.S. Being adviser to the Dramatics Club certainly keeps Mr, Lynham on the go. He also teaches Sth grade English, MR. EDWARD MARUNA Ohio State University, B.S. Being Junior High Football Coach and teaching Junior and Senior High Science keeps Mr. Maruna busy year round. MR. MICHAEL MILKOVICH Kent State University, B.S., M.E.D. In addition to playing the guitar, Mad Mountain Mike Milkovich manages to keep busy by coaching the wrestling team, teaching industrial arts, and in- structing several nerve racking drivers' training classes. MR. QUINTON MORRIS Kent State University, B.S. Western Reserve, M.A. The man with the friendly personality describes Mr. Mor- ris. He teaches commercial courses which include Typing I, ll, Shorthand 1, Stenography, and Office Practice. MISS CLARE HERALD Western Reserve University. B.A. University of Michigan, M,A. All the schools in Maple Heights receive the bcnelit of the work in speech and hearing therapy for which Miss Herald is widely known. Twice a week her time is spent correcting speech and hear- ing defects of the high school students. MISS LOUISE KETTERER Ohio State University, B.S. Columbia, M.A. Miss Ketterer teaches journal- ism. American and Modern I.iter- ature. and Radio and Speech. There is no doubt that Miss Ketterer has a full schedule. but she still tinds time to advise Ilerald and Yearbook Staffs. Mr. Mahusky is one of the many new teachers that cante In our school this year and he enjoys his time in teaching shop. He also assists Mr. Milkovich with the mighty matmen and is adviser to the Camera Club. MISS GENEVIEVE MICHAEL Ohio State University, B.S. Miss Michael teaches English antl Geography to the Junior High students and assists Miss Ostreim in advising the Y-Teens. Her favorite pastimes include reading and sewing. MR. DONALD MOHR Baldwin Wallace, B.A., M.A. Big-hearted Coach Mohr, bel sides sparking the SZ Mustangs to a football co-championship. also taught Physical Education and 7th grade Science. He espe- cially likes those chocolate icef cream suckers during 6th period lunch MR. FRANK MRAZ Otterbein, B.S. Mr. Mraz has charge of all the noon movies and is adviser to the projectionists.
