Steve likes to write, grow avacados, read and to play around with many different sports. He is a member of the Spanish Club, French Club, Chess Club, Math and Computing Science Club, Student Council, went to the State Student Council Convention, and is the Writer of ln My Opinion , and still manages to maintain a fan- tastic grade point average. A member of Eagle Scouts, Steve also is a CYO member and an usher at St. Berna- dette's. I plan to major in Political Science at College and hopefully work for the State Department, said Steve. fl U Marlene was Faculty and Administration editor on the Yearbook Staff this year. She was 'also a member of DECA, for which she was runner-up for DECA Sweetheart, Ski Club, for which she was an officer, and a member of Girls' Chorus. Marlene holds down a job but still enjoys sewing, reading, playing tennis and skiing. I hope to be- come a fashion buyer and then to open my own store someday, said Marlene. She was also a volunteer worker for our Student Store, which was really rather a chore sometimes. She helped work on West Side Story, the Homecoming Committee and is very supportive of all of Manzano's activities and events. .O I A 201 Q T
