Staters Are Picked From Top of Senior Class Manzano's Staters are picked from the top students in the Senior Class. All Staters are closely interviewed on their political values and interest in Manzano's student body. All Staters attend Boys' and Girls' State during the summer where they learn a great deal about the govern- ment and how it's run. All school elections are held by the Staters. At this time, the Staters would like to thank the sponsors and alternates that have given so freely and generously of theirtime. e 5 . 1. Boys' State delegates were picked last year from many luniors trying out.
