The Yearbook Staff proudly dedicates the 1961 BULLDOG to Mr. Claude A. Riley, former principal of Manual, founder of the Student Council, Hi-Y, and inaugurator of the Miss Manual Pageant. Mr. Riley's lofty ideals are deeply implanted into the lives of his former students as well as those of today. This gesture is a token of our appreciation for his 39 years of faithful service to Manual.
