Mentally Aware: The Top Scholars Life is meant to be lived, says John Cleveland, and during his three years at Dominguez, John has learned a lot. John has been accepted to West Po int, an honor very few students receive. He has been involved in many clubs including Los Charros, French Club, Lettermen ' s Club, Speech Team, Model Cities Youth Council, House of Representatives, Senate, and Cabinet. John has shown outstanding leadership abilities. 1 n the first semester of his junior year he was elected Student Body Vice-President, in the first semester of his senior year he was elected Student Body President. In addition, John is a three year member of the Tennis Team. John is also a sealbearer, and after he finishes college he will go on to graduate school to become a corporate lawyer or neuro-surgeon. During his three years at Dominguez, John has shown his concern for the school, and has learned from his experiences at Dominguez. It has been an enjoyable three years, for I have experienced many different types of people, and that is an education. During the three years Albert Frazier has been at Dominguez, he has proven that he is not only capable as a scholar, but, he is also capable as a leader. We have seen both of these in the scholastic awards he has won and in the activities he has been involved in. Albert, a sealbearer, has received numerous awards in mathematics and science, including a Bank of America Award. His plans are to attend a major university and pursue a study of math. Albert is involved in many clubs including CSF, Model Cities Youth Council, Lettermen ' s Club, and President of Los Charros. He is also on Cabinet, Senate, and in the House of Representatives. To fully round out his life, Albert is a member of the Wrestling Team and a three year member of the Tennis Team. Albert feels that while he was at Dominguez, he was able to meet new people, experience new things and broaden my knowledge. Salu John a

Pursuing studies in such courses as mathematics, laboratory science, English, and Fine Arts. These students are ready to cope with the world.
