J Aragon, B Smith, Row 2: T Stewart, M Gonzales, K Young, D Armstrong, 8 Scott The Chess club consists of a few students whose skills in chess are numerous These students meet often to challenge their peers and to display the art of the game The club IS sponsored by Mr Jordan who is quite a chess player himself Me Parece is the name of the Creative Writing club who edits and publishes a magazine by the same name, for the student at Dominguez The magazine consists of various short stories, poems, and essays written in Spanish and French as well as English Many students on campus contribute their works to the Magazine and are able to see them when the magazine is published and sold for twenty-five cents.
