(BACK ROW) Mark Larsen, Mike Terry, Robin Maxson, Joe Draheim, Ron Henrichs, Dennis Dorschner, Tom Dahms. In 1982 Kasson-Mantorville concluded its most successful season in the history of the school. The Komets completed the year 10 and 2 overall and won the Hiawatha Valley League title with a 5-1 record. K-M capped a successful season with playoff victories of 13-0 over West Concord and a very impressive 24-8 defeat of Chatfield. The finale of the season was an 8-0 semifinal loss at the hands of eventual State Class B Champion LeCenter.
