Classmates Assignments Studying and Cramming The Underclassman Grades Have Marked Our Years Seventh Grade SEATED, left to right: Jan Severance, secretary, Sara Stucky, vice-president, and Mary Peterson, treasurer. STANDING: president Paul Hoehn. Becoming accustomed to a new school is a difficult but enjoyable task, the seventh graders dis- covered. They often were angry and disappointed, because they were left out of some activities; but pep fests, lyceums, and many other enjoyments became another new experience for them. One of the high-lites of their year was their Valentine party and their first year of active participation in high school activity. D. Andrist L. Bordelon R. Bormann V. Bradford H. Brakke R. Abel R. Graduation loomed ahead in the minds of every senior, as their last year of high school was coming to a close. Choosing the announcements, the name cards, and class motto and flower just increased the growing turmoil inside every senior. The games, sock hops, lyceums and classes always seemed to come to an end increasing even more the word future? Finally the final tests were over and graduation came and went, and the high school days, you thought would never end, were over. What Is Graduation? Graduation is an end But also a beginning.. . The start of all the dreams That every graduate is spinning. Graduation is sighs and laughter Mingled liberally with tears, Lingering memories of one's sharing Life with classmates through the years. Graduation is conclusion Of one big phase of work and fun, A milestone passed, new things begun. Graduation is excitement. Speeches, farewells And applause, diplomas And a mortar board.. .
