ONE OF THE major interests of the eighth graders was music, since many of them participated in Junior high band or junior high chorus. Among the members of the class who attained high academic standards, Vicki Marti and Jolene Schulke were especially outstanding. THE EIGHTH grade, however, had other activities besides their schoolwork. Junior GAA was very pop- ular among the girls; and many of the boys participat ed in junior high football, basketball or wrestling.
