LEW ANN SHAND was the 1st Attendant in the Homecoming Royalty. She represents the Senior Class. Being Drill Mistress of the Templarettes keeps Lew Ann busy. But best of all Lew Ann enjoys being a student at Manti High School. ANGELA KELLER, the 2nd Attendant in the Homecoming Royalty, represents the Sophomore Class. Angela has been active for many years in student government. She is active in the drill team and enjoys playing the saxophone and the piano. She's not only talented but is also very popular with all the students at M. H. S.

Keep your eye on the ball and not on the boys... follow through on your swing... put more slice on that serve... watch that line... Sunburns, long trips to other schools for matches held there, and long hours of practice after school all paid off in the end. This year marks the third consecutive Region Championship the girls tennis team walked off with. They also proudly represented Manti High School at the State Tournament in Provo by taking 2nd Place. The Girls Tennis Program at M.H.S. is four years young in existence yet four years old in growing experience.
