The band started the school year off by playing at the first Band Booster's meeting. Band members were seen high- stepping in the Legion's Halloween torchlight parade in October. During the basketball season the band performed at most of the home games. They also participated in an assembly exchange program with other neighboring schools. The talents of the band and choruses were combined to present A Christmas F antasy in December. Their Annual Spring Concert was given in April. Eleven soloists and four ensembles were entered along with the High School Band in the District Contest at F airbury. W e're very proud of Bonnie Hendrickson, Wesley Jacobs, Douglas Mann, and Harold Schroth who placed first ed in the State Contest. ATTENT ION! STEP LIVELY and compet i K r
