Our practical experience in art, journalism, and business will demonstrate to you the need for related school subjects which we are studying. By giving recognition to students in a book of this kind shows the accomplishments in scholastic and other school activities. It develops school spirit and gives us a sense of security in our school life. Our yearbook also wins friends in the community by informing parents and others about our work and activities of our school. It is a valuable opportunity to be a member of the yearbook staff because it helps us develop consideration and tolerance, a sense of responsibility, personal initiative and cooperativness. The salutation and the Respon- sum was rendered by members of the club . . . all in Latin, Before the 29 Latin students were served by the slaves , a sacaificulm was performed to appease the household gods.
