Green, brown, and white crepe ptrper streamers and garlands of flowers transformed the gym into a Tropical Fantasy, At 11:30 p.m. lovely joy Stauffenburg and popular Gary Curl were crowned King and Queen for 1958. Members of the royal court were Beverly Fanning, Carol Parker, Jim Gusty, Johnny Tamblyn, with SandyLawerence as JuniorAttendant. As the clock struck twelve and the dance music faded in the distance, the merrymakers drove to the Darb Theater to enjoy the movie Lady Takes A Flyer. Follow- ing the movie a delicious repast of fried'chicken, plus all the trimmings, was served at the Sportsmen's Club. 34
