Hall of M. H. . Mae Prarie's always full of fung to know her is a ball. She livened Senior classes up fand also study ha11.J And there stands Kenny Bertrand with his face all wreathed in smiles I wonder why his favorite song is always Nine More Miles. A busy secretary is what Darlene hopes to be But somewhere in her plans you'l1 find a husband and family. Ron Pulaski is so quiet, we hardly know he's here. But in his car, it's never hard to guess when he is near. Jackie's plans are all complete, she finds no need to guess. She'll find excitement and romance as an airline stewardess. Bill, as Limpy , was so tough, he made our hearts near stop. I think the perfect job for him would be a traffic cop. As a nurse, our Mary Lou, will really make a hit. She'll save many lives, I know, through ability and wit. Robert Lagesse, a rich successful farmer soon will be His own fields of hybrid grain will wave for all to see. To be a prize stenographer is Phyliss Simmon's plan. I bet her future business life includes a business man. Wayne is really quite a man when he's behind a gun. To Africa he'll go to hunt for living and for fun. In home economics, Janice Cox does certainly excel. Any phase of homemaking, she'll do especially well. A scientist of sorts, Charles Reed, will travel to a star. In fact he soon may do it in his speedy, souped-up car. Eloise now plans to have a busy business life. It seems more probable she'll be a local farmer's wife. Lynn has planned his future well - to be a baseball star. His mighty hits and daring plays will soon the sport's world jar! Stuart was great in our class playsg he really was a card. I bet his future life includes an academy award. Voted most polite was Tom, who came to us this year. His personality and smile are always full of cheer. The goal of cub-reporter is where Pat has set her eyes. Her future work will surely rate at least a Pulitizer Prize. Bob Johnson knows just what he wants, he soon the fields will clear. lt just could be that he'll become Star Farmer some fine year. Sandra Metlock has no fears, no doubts in mind lurk, She'll find success and happiness in local office work. Dennis Curl the silent type, we surely won't forget The field of mechanics is his plan and what he wants he'll get. And what of me the poet, - well, my plans are all complete After college l will teach the art of note and beat. Well, that's the last - the entire cast - the curtain soon will fall. But still our laughter, joy and tears will echo through this hall. And though these halls may crumble from beneath the ivy-vine we'll still remember when we were - the class of Fifty-nine. ass Prop ecy Oh, what a glorious day for the first reunion of the Class of '59, just 20 years later. Goodness I am anxious to see how everyone looks after so long a time. How lucky we are that our class member KENNY BERTRAND has furnished us with these lovely picnic grounds. KENNY has taken time out from his baseball club Birdies Birdbrains to fly to his 30,000 acre ranch here west of good old Manteno. Oh, here comes some more of the Midwest 's leading farmersg HAROLD MC QUEEN who owns a 20,000 acre farm, CHARLES REED who runs the Maple Grove Farm and is a top figure, in the Hereford cattle business, and BOB JOHNSON of the Johnson Estate, with his herd now numbering 10,000. Over the far horizon approaches' a large van -- our Hollywood classmates -- BOB CARTER is the director of the spectacular show entitled Carters Little Pills. Among them we greet their hair stylist MARSHA ANDREWS now famous for her Yul Bryner Cut for women. Publicity agent SANDRA BENOIT has replaced the famous Louella Parsons. Here come the stars!! JERRY fTab Hunterj PEARCE, RON fTony Perkinsj FELDSIEN and TOM fPat Waynel THORNTON. With them we see, JOHN KJ ack Bennyj GRIFFITH who doesn't look a day over eighteen Cl-le'll probably be eighteen for another twenty years toolll. Who is that, that BILL lAtlasJ JOHNSON is carrying. Why it's JOHN ALTMYER the show's tumbler. WOW! Who have we here? KATHY fBardotj PILCHER and DARLENE fMonroeJ REARDANZ. We can't forget the singers Jan, San, and Sher alias J ANICE COX, SANDRA METLOCK and SHERRY DOTY. I must dash over and see what those two girls are laughing at. Oh no, they haven't changed abit it's PAT and MAE the Comedy Team of Holmsey and Prairie Chick, Chicago's latest theatrical hit. Maybe they will perfomi for us a little later. Oh, my ears, that noise, it sounds like a siren! Look everyone, our student monitors of '59 have rapidly advanced themselves to high authority! They are now Chief DENNIS BRINGELSON and Assistant Chief STUART SWITZER of the Washington D. C. Police Force. Why! They are escorting the President of the United States. Of course, you all know LAVERN KELLER is our President. LAVERN tries to keep in contact with all his old buddies. JACKIE FREIGO is the President's know all, do all, secretary. .I had the pleasure of attending the President's inauguration at which SANDI LAWRENCE sang, a newly composed selection by KELLY LEVERETT. The President has recuperated nicely from his appendectomy performed last year by the former lady wrestler and now top surgeon DELLA SPAENHOWER. LAVERN is busy working hand in hand with LOWELL JACOBS our Einstein of '89, in designing the electronically equipped Space White House on the moon. Here come more cars!! There's JUDI WILSON, who is secretary to the Oklahoma Gas Company, President, DONNA CARMAN and JUDY RICE who are secretaries to the MOORE for Less grocery store owned by LYNN MOORE. We hear that DENNIS CURL is the owner of Curlies Clever Customizing a weight reducing salon. I'm sure glad KENNY has an airport, there's a plane about to land. Let's see who it is! The sign says Tanny's Terrific Traveler owned by --- you guessed it --- TANNY TREPANIER. Here comes TANNY and her crew now. That crew looks familiar -- Why it is familiar -- its stewardesses are SHARON KANNBERG and PHYLISS SIMMONS and there are the pilots -- RON PULASKI and HAROLD SCHROTH. Wow, look at that flashy atomic poweredContinenta1l! Why of all people it looks like ADRIAN ASHLINE he must have struck it rich!!! No wonder his oil wells are good to the last drop with WAYNE ROGERS and BOB LAGESSE drilling them. Well I guess everyone's here we can start eating -- My goodness where's MARY LOU -- here she comes, breathless as usual I! She says she just couldn't tear herself away from her ermine - lined, heated swimming pool. MARY LOU is not only capable of basking in the solar rays, but she instructs student nurses at the Merciless Clinic owned by MISS JACOBS herself. I had better cease this chatter or else the food will be gone. YOU KNOW OUR CLASS!!! See you in '89ll I . written by Q!! ELOISE GORDON OJ 6-5 SK Mull!
