The lonely little figure of Sandra Rokke was swept into our spotlight just as we entered our first eventful year in Junior High It was new to have more than one teacher and gradually we found our studies becoming more difficult In spite of all our activities we took time out to decorate paper sacks which we wore as masks in the homecoming parade using the slogan We ll Scare em They must have been quite effective for the judges awarded us a prize! 0716 STIGD A11 A UING , BUF always The next year brought us three new members, Karlene Hoeppner, LaDonna Oyer, and Dennis Welsh, expanding our number to 29. The seventh spotlight now shines on our eighth grade What an eventful year! Besides gaining Artha Cooper Gary Deimel Marlene Johnson Eileen Junkman Lowell Junkman Don Peters and Gloria VanHoff as members we gave the3 one act plays and then took the big step graduation which enabled us to go into high school Our freshman year brings the eighth spotllght and with it ten new members Arlean Born Sheila Carlson Phyllis Coppinger Judy Jones Joe Lang Mike Leith Shirley Peter son Adelbert Sweet Frances Van Roekel and Charlene Zehr No one will forget the slogan Im a Measley Little Freshman the antics we had to go through and those terrible tasting crackers Years pass quickly and have left behind many memories basketball and football games concerts the Junior Sen1or Banquet and many other activities The last spotlight brings to a climax our high school career Two people Joined us Bev erly Bommel and Bill Wldestrom to bring our graduating class to forty eight members The banquet baccalaureate class nlght and graduation will long beremembered as important moments 1l'l our lives As these scenes fade we bring our program to a close hoping that the Spotlights of Life will bring to these senlors happy and exciting lives rlchly rewarded class WI ll Charles Loehr will my 53 Chevy to Richard Litwiller Take it easy now Beverly Bommel will my unwanted height to Sharon Insko Hope you can use itll Jeannette Dirks will to Eddie Hood my blonde hair Quite a change huh'7'79 Arlean Born will my seat in Government cla to Pat Heuser Too bad the class o 58 won t Ardith S1gler will to Louise Loots my long dark hair Mary Helmer will to Kent Harbaugh my asstgned seat ln the gym The No is 309' .T lm Foley will to Gary Warnke my baby blue track shoes and tremendous height B111 Widestrom will my ab1l1ty to get by with loud mufflers to Ray Stelnberg M1ke Leith will my ab1l1ty to be a good boy to Dan McMahon Think you can use it?
