Dean Samuel Long and Assistant Dean Ed- ward Stelmack. EDWARD STELMACK B.A., St. Francis College; M.Ed., Pennsylvania State University Since college offers many new, unexpected experiences to which students must adjust themselves, Dean Long ' s responsibility, as Dean of Men under the supervision of the Director of Student Personnel, is to assist new entrants in adjusting to college life in order that they may have the opportunity to develop their potentialities to the fullest possible extent and thereby equip themselves to contribute their just share in improving the social order. In addition to the administrative duties concerning the men students of the college, Dean Long also acts as co-adviser to the Student Council and the Men ' s Dormitory Council.
