Student auHcd WILLIAM McNETT President The STUDENT COUNCIL is the governing body of the Student Government Associa- tion of the college. Its members are the heads of all classes and organizations on campus in addition to the separately elected officers. The major duties of this council are to plan the extra-curricul.ar activities program, to publish the Password , to present the opinions and problems of the students to the administration, to plan the social calendar, and to foster closer relations between the student body and the administration.

Ruth Women students living in NORTH HALL elect the council to administer student life in the dormitory so that all may live comfortably and with consideration for others, may develop group and individual responsibilities, may strive for high scholastic standards, and may promete friendliness among the women in the dormitory. The MEN ' S DORMITORY COUNCIL is the governing body of the Association of Men Students living in the college dormitory. Its purposes are to regulate student life in the dormitory in order that proper conditions for study and living may exist, and to encourage friendly relations among the men in the dormitory.
