raduation 1976 'W ,. ., Dr. James Heflin, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, delivered the commencement address to the Bicentennial Class of Mansfield High School. Dr. Heflin's inspiring address urged the graduates to keep in mind that even though they are leaving school and entering into a variety of occupations and activities, that the learning process never stops. He also pointed out to the group the value of friendship - not only having friends, but being a friend . Others who participated in the graduation program were Mrs. Virginia Jenson, who presented scholar- ships and honor awards, Mr. Pat O'Brien, President of the Lions Club, who presented the Lions Club Schol- arshipg Mr. Charles Christian, who presented the American Legion School Awardsg and Superintendent Douglas McLaren and Mr. George H.
