TO THE GRADUATING CLASS OF 1961 - GREETINGS, May I congratulate you on the completion of your high school education. Both of these pro- grams are worthwhile. This yearbook will be- come more valuable to you as the years go on as it will assist you in recalling the splendid years you spent with your fellow classmates. Your diploma from high school will serve as a remind- er that you have completed some basic education upon which you will be able to build a broader and more worthwhile education in the future, You will find that whatever you do, your educa- tion must continue in order that you may enjoy a fuller and more satisfying life. May God in his goodness endow you with health, energy, and the spirit of service to your fellowmen, Very sincerely, Warren L. Miller MEMBERS OF THE CLASS OF 1961 - We live in a demanding world, Our kind of society calls for the maximum development of individual potentialities, at all levels, Some of you have had your head in the clouds and, at times, one foot on the ground. Now you are faced with the demands of so- ciety. If you have developed your potentialities to the maximum then you are ready to assume the responsibilities of a citizen in a changing world. If not, then it should be your goal to make the necessary changes. My sincere congratulations to each of you, to your yearbook staff, and to your sponsors for a job well done. Best wishes, T. R. Besanceney
