RUTH ELAINE THOMAS We are proud of Elaine's ability as a majorette in our band. Her gay and lively personality can brighten your spirits in an instant, Whether roller skating or horse back riding, Elaine creates an attractive picture. As a class- mate, she's tops. WILBUR CLINTON SMITH One can recognize Wilbur by a friendly smile and a deceptive shyness. Beneath this veneer is a very likeable fellow. WILLIAM JERRY SMITH The Future Farmers of America chose Bill as their County President this year. It is no wonder because Bill has all the qualities that make up a good leader. He also has stacks of FFA awards. Baseball fills in what leisure time this successful farmer has. Probably it was Edith saying something funny, but you would never guess it for she can become the picture of innocence in an instant. Tall and slim, Edith cuts a neat figure in sports.
