ADMIN I ST RATI VE W. W. Zinscr, now serving as Mansfield City School Superintendent, was formerly Superintendent of Schools at Mentor. He received his bachelor's degree from Findlay College in 1934, and his master's degree from Western Reserve University at Cleveland, Ohio, where he is currently working towards his doctorate. Mr. Zinser has had experience in the field of academically talented children, retarded children's programs, trade and industrial education, and advanced placement programs. MR. OFFICIALS ♦ ♦ DR. EDWIN A. FENSCH Dr. Fensch, the Assistant Superintendent in Charge of Special Services, received his Ph. D. and M. A. from Ohio State University and his A. B. from Ashland College. He Is in charge of special education classes, psychological services, guidance services, adult evening school, visiting teachers, and data processing. He is also Instructor of Psychology at Ashland College. MR. L. L. MISHEY Mr. Mishey serves as Assistant Superintendent in Charge of Curriculum Development and Supervision of the instructional program. This involves bringing into effect the changes which are necessary in the courses within the instructional program, the laboratories and facilities used in teaching, and the methods used by teachers in order that Mansfield's educational program meets the needs of all youth enrolled. 19
