JOAN ISALY Mr. Herman Bishop, adviser of the Student GENERAL CHAIRMAN Council, served as supervisor. The general chairman was Joan Isaly; the delivery chairman, Holt Quinlan. Filling these baskets with food for needy families is the only service project in which the entire school participates. 30

BOYS’ STATE GIRLS' STATE Buckeye Girl’s State was held in June at Capitol Univer- sity in Columbus, Ohio. By attending this function, each dele- gate acquired a better understanding of our government and how it functions. Buckeye Boy's State was held at Camp Perry on Lake Erie, but beginning next year it will be held at Ohio University in Athens, Oh- io. Here boys acquire a better understanding of how our government fun- ctions, and gain much valuable experience.
