Albert Whiley Superintendent of Schools The Administration provides leadership for the entire educational organization. The success or failure of our school program is greatly dependent on the ability and devotion of the administrators. In general, the administrative staff is responsible for making every thing ready for the teaching-learning process. A high degree of patience, understanding, and cooperation are demanded of the adminis- trators. The everyday curriculum and activities of the school require a great deal of planning and preparation on the part of the Superintendent and Principals. Not only does the administration regulate activities and provide for the students a reliable educational program, but must strive to meet governmental standards of educational quality and satisfy the needs of the communities. Life is a complexity of impressions which together form a personality, a unit of interreactionary fragments and patterns of thought and action. Each student of MHS has his own personal impressions of Tigerlife 1972. Each student creates a part of what Tigerlife is all about. Tigerlife is experiencing together the learning, the competition, the fun, the problems, and the hopes of the high school years. The first football game of a winning season, the stiff competition of the basketball tourneys, the excitement of a rousing pep rally - all these create many lasting impressions. Tigerlife is an everyday affair. Tardy excuses, semester exams, homework, a busy schedule, a crowded lunch bus—are familiar impressions. The impressions of Tigerlife bring together a concept which will differ from student to student. However, certain activitics, cvents, and people make up the impressions shared bv the entire student body. Homecoming, Girls’ and Boys’ State, Beta Convention, FHA and FFA trips, working on next weeks’ Tiger Tale—these experiences and many more are portrayed in the Impressions of Tigerlife, 1972. The Tiger Staff has put forth a great deal of effort to create an evenly distributed collection of impressions and people. We think that the impressions of Tigerlife 1972 are the best impressions yet!
