A N: Boy Scouts of Manning are trained for good citizen- ship through the interest of the Rotary Club. MANNING THE PORTSMANQS PARADISE Manning is a veritable sportsmanis para- dise. The streams and forests abound with fish and gameg numbers of private ponds have been built for the enjoyment of old and young. These are stocked with bass and bream.
