SPRING SPORTS Although our spring sports do not get much attention, they are still important. Our baseball team, coached by Mr. Andrcscn, played good ball this year, but they had a young team and had a few bad breaks. They had improved quite a bit by the end of the year and they should be good next year. Because of bad weather the track team was in few meets this year. They did participate in the County and Conference meets, where both the relay team and Darrell Anderson placed. Mr. Bourquin is the track coach, assisted by Mr. Ricci. The boys voted Nancy Oberle track queen this year. 342 s Track team in training! (below) Gee, that ground looks hard! 4 Dick, that's no way to wear a glove, and you're on the wrong page ! (at right) All he's really going to do is pole vault. 29
