?. On August 29, 1955, 34 freshmen began their first four wonderful years of high school. Officers elected were: Gary R., Pres., Larry H., Vice Pres., Kate F., Treas., Jerene C., Sec., Mr. McKie, Ad- visor. We lost two students during the year and gained two. Our big event this year was initiation. We returned as sophomores on August 27, 1956, with 33 students. Officers this year were: Gary R., Pres., Rita W., Vice Pres., Jerene C., Sec., Duane M., Treas., Miss Peters, Advisor. We lost 3 stu- dents this year. For money-making activities we sponsored a bake sale, a chili supper, record dance, a hobo day. As juniors we began the year on August 28, 1957, with 29 classmates. Officers elected this year were: Connie T., Pres., Sandy H., Vice Pres., Karen L., Treas., Jerene C., Sec., Mr. Conkling and Mrs. Block, Advisors. One of the most thrilling events this year was receiving our beautiful class rings. On May 3, we gave the seniors their final prom with Sayonara as our theme. On August 29, 1958, we began our final year of high school with 25 students. Officers elected this year were: Ila J., Pres., Larry H., Vice Pres., Jon Nelson, Sec., Terry A., Treas., Mr. Burton and Mr. Jenkins, Advisors. So far for financial income projects we had the Homecoming Dance, football concession stand, record dance, ham dinner, coat check at basketball games. The Jr.-Sr. prom is scheduled for May 2. Our final activity is our class trip, the gratification of four years of hard work. 'Me Wd! We, the Senior Class of 1959, being of sound mind and body do hereby declare this to be our last solemn will and testament. SNORK--my ability to put boys out of football game to Bruce. TERRY--my ability to argue with Mr. Jenkins and get away with it, to Norm. MAX--my ability to get along with the girls, to Larry A. JERENE--to Francis my front seat on the bus. BOB F.--to Jet H. my ability to do math prob- lems. WANETA--to Harold I-I. my ability to be late for study hall. LARRY I-I.--to Darwin P. my place on the third basketball string. I hope you don't need ll. RONNIE H.--to Jim J. my billy club to keep order in F.F.A. ROGER J.--to Jack L. mercury to play with in chemistry class. ILA J.--to Diane D. my ability to apply make- up so that when lwear a swimsuit in the winter my duck bumps don't show.
