Juniors Jt. Officers, L. to R.: Theora Wiseman, President; Richard Van Bevern, Treasurer; David Michlig, Vice-President; Patti Andersen, Secretary. On August 30, 1954, the Jolly Juniors of M. H. S. returned to school filled with anticipation for the coming year. We had an enrollment of 25 pupils. During the year, three new faces, Pat Brigham from Bureau Township, Beth Swanson from Amboy, and Joan Nei-detcher from Mendota, were added to our class. However, we suffered the loss of Art Ghys, George House, and George Krug, leaving us a total of 25 pupils. Miss Decker and Mr. Cliff were chosen as our sponsors, and have worked very hard for us. We took part in the magazine campaign and had charge of the Coke machine and all the work that goes with it. We held a dance on Dec. 3 after the Manlius vs. Sheffield basketball game. On Feb. 22, we sponsored a barbecue dinner which proved quite profitable. Other important events in the year were the class play, and Jr.-Sr. Prom. 21
