There is no pastuerized milk. Lisbon public water is safe to drink but outside the city the water should not be used for drinking purposes. The quality of restaurants runs from very good to some poorer ones. Better class restaurants charge approximately 3A.5O per meal. CHURCHES Portugal is predominately Roman Catholic but there are several protestant churches and one Jewish Synagogue V in the city.
