Cn the dance decorating group were Jane Mueller, Pat Goettlicher, Juan Estarellas, and Martha Haase. 'Sw Homecoming Opens With Blazeg Continues With Assembly, Parade CTOBER 4, I956 marked the beginning ot another eventtul Homecoming experience tor MHS students and alumni. To start things ott the school played host to a student body and taculty composed entirely ot hoboes, Characters such as ragged bums, tlappers, old men and women, and even Elvis Presley were seen. That evening we gathered in the vacant area near the school tor our annual bontire. With a blazing tire as a background the cheerlead- ers led cheers, the band played and everyone was pepped up tor the testivities on the tollowing day. i not
