Carma Norman managed the publicity and Vicki Warren was business manager. Under the direction of Mrs. Jones, the Juniors presented the Comedy Best Foot Forward on November 22. Included in the cast were Kathy Shay, Alton Imhof, Beverly Spencer, Bobbee Brooks, Thelma Field, Randall Zercher, Karen Vonarx, Jerry Stroup, Katy Rosentreter, John Baker, Carole White, Jack Scott, Carla Rutterford, Max Weissenfluh, Larry Tubaugh, Rudy Antle, and Herb Wilson. He and his staff, which included Jim Bruce, Jody Lo- baugh, Jane Burt, Gerould King, and Gitty Baker, met the quota by selling a book to almost every- one in school. Jim not only is business manager, but also a mainstay on the editorial staff. With unlimited patience and good humor, Terry struggled with our whims and refractory subjects to take most of the pictures in this book. Game was friendly, but appeared other- wise at times. if Z ll, Eli Y .4 Our Hall of Fame This year, M.H,S, Senior boys have been awarded many honors. Paul Burke has been given by Senator Gordon Allott of Colorado, a principal appointment to West Point Military Academy. All of us hope that Paul passes his final entrance requirements and has a successful study at West Point. Ki David Park won the Voice of Democ- racy Contest for the region and also went on to win the state contest. For this he was awarded a S500 scholar- ship and a gold trophy to place in our trophy case. He represented Colorado at the national contest in Washington, D,C., where he spent a cold and windy, but interesting week. Gene Kirby was elected as all-state back for the class A schools by the Denver Post. Gene has been a star athlete all through high school lettering in almost every sport.
