Mr. Herfurtner's deep, rich voice . . . rookies trying to find their rooms . . . counting off in shop . . . marching around the block during a fire drill . . . filing eighth-inch metal in fifth term . . . uncredited maintenance . . . checking mags in seventh . . . watching our pals get drafted.
