Though the Kelly Green lost the services of three able performers through graduation last June, a host of promising youngsters have stepped into the limelight to fill in their shoes. Those not returning are outfielders Henry Calcagno and ex-captain Tom Quin- lan, and pitcher Nick Thornton who in his last season was voted to the All-Metropolitan Baseball Team. The season begins with the Kelly Green engaging Columbia at Baker Field and will close on May 31, with the NY AC providing the opposition. A twenty-three game schedule has been arranged with an average of three games per week. 272
