Joe, after three years in various sections of Army work is back again on the campus and ready to receive his coveted sheepskin. As a member of t11e Air Force, of the Infantry and of the Finance Division, he saw service in the Philippines and in Japan. Here We have a snapshot of him emerging from a shelter in a Tokyo Park.
