Founded in 1925, it has achieved remarkable success in all its under- takings. To the Mi. I. C. must be given the distinction ot' being the first organization to 'sponsor a smoker in Alumni Hall. Reardon '29 Secretary, Edward Johnson '30 Tr1'aszn'er, Leo Cleary '29 In the merry autumnal month of September, 1926, there arose in our midst the 1nigl1ty figures of two famous alumni, namely, VVilliam Nippy', Dunn and Blorgan Hliedi' Burke, both of football fame, to thrust forth their unshaven chins and announce the formation of the Nutmeg Club. During their reign they bent painstaking efforts to the formation of a ubona fidew Manhattan Club. Every year the club celebrates with a oyous Christmas Dance, and this school year has far surpassed the rest. Under the able chair- manship of Edward McGrath, its president, the club ran a beautiful informal hop at the Mattatuck Country Club. Those of this club who will be graduated this year. leave the Colle 'e with sadness in their hearts.
