A very inspiring and challenging person on the staff of Manhattan Bible College is our Dean, James Lackey. Although he is very busy with his office work and classes, he manages to find time to help those who need his guidance. As a man of such high ideals, he is a challenge to all who know him. Deaw Johusow Following in the steps of his father, Dan Johnson joined the staff of Manhattan Bible College this year as Dean of Students. A faithful follower of Jesus Christ, he is a fine Christian example to all with whom he comes in contact. Devoted to his work and to God, he spends much of his time helping the students. Christian workers are needed throughout the whole world, and in order to train students for this work, we must have good Christian leaders. His inspiring Christian character and consuming zeal to further the kingdom of Christ make President W.F. Lown a man who is admired, respected, and loved by all who know him. During the two short years of his administration, Manhatian Bible College has been strenghtened numerically and spiritually in his witness for Christ. In the classroom, the president's sincereity coupled with his warm sense of humor make him a well-liked and an effec- tive instructor. The caliber and down to earth nature of his teaching are highlighted by his ability to communicate zeal and to instill within tne hearts of his pupils a vision of Christ's Church victorious over all the world. President Lown's faith in the future of Manhattan Bible College through the grace and guidance of God is equalled only by his faith in Christian young people. He takes a personal interest in each student. Because of his warm person- ality and genuine interest, he is an accessible friend what- ever the occasion. With such a leader to guide us, how can we but forge ahead with determination in our preparation to answer the call to take to all the world Christ Jesus.
