LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, CLASS OF 1952 We me Honorable Seniors in me Year of our Lord, 1952, POSSCSHHS S0110 minds and frail bodies do sincerely bequeath and dedicate these few humorous possessions to those gay and carefree souls that shall haunt the halls of our Alma Mater long after our departure. As a grateful and loyal Senior Class we leave to Mr. Judd and the entire faculty a sincere hope that they might be able to do as much for the future alumni as they have done for us. After no serious consideration and much humorous debate and a general mixture of facts and imagination, we the Seniors do will the following traits: Nathaniel Broadway bequeaths his many hard-earned admit slips to Jimmy Williamson. To Charles Myers Ralph Brown leaves his way with the ladies. Gloria Hixon leaves her position as annual editor to some unsuspecting Mu Sigma member. Though Captain of the football team, Floyd Boughton leaves for the lower rank of PFC. Betty Ann Acklen leaves to Shirley Busbice her numerous boy friends. Dewey Clark leaves Gertie, but not for long! To Mrs. Lee Dorothy Cartlidge wills her history notebook. Harry McKay bequeaths his 10-gallon Stetson to Bobby Lowery. Virgie Free leaves her undersized shoes to someone with a smaller foundation. Julia Anna Gill leaves for Joe. To someone with more patience Mary Frances Hanson leaves her Home Economics and sewing. , Edward Joiner wills his ability to tell tall tales to Manzy Brown. Sylvia Jones leaves the job of making annual ads to another innocent Mu Sigma member. Lannie McKay wills his job as Sentinel of the FFA Chapter to J. M. Carter.
