Effie B. Thomas leaves her history book and grades to Alfred Duchesne. Willie Mae Ponder leaves her ambition to be a nurse to Fannie King, she believes a Crosley is just big enough for Fannie and a nurses kit. Roy Thomason leaves his know how to wind Mrs. Lee around his little finger to Robert Stevens, who seems to have a way with the ladies. J. W. Thompson leaves his Bucket with a Hole in it to Fred Jonesg he says it has out grown its use with him, but maybe Fred can patch it up a little. Jessie Lee Walters feels like she should leave her history book to Lou Edna Broadway be- cause experience has taught the class of '50 that they need a good history student. Emma Watley who is the day dreamer of the group leaves all her dazed expressions to Gloria Dean Grant. Betty Jo Williams, our class beauty, leaves her title to all the junior girls because Betty believes there will be stiff competition next year. Edmund Williamson leaves explicit instructions to Ramona Bacle: Don't sit under the apple tree with anyone else but me. Margie Wisenor, who just about has the chain around a Frenchman's neck leaves best wishes for good hunting to all the Junior girls. To the 'uniors who hate to think of raduatin and oin out into the cruel world, Pete Nance J S E S 5 leaves this advice: Don't let it get you down. To Jackie Box who has his lips in a natural shape for blowing, Huey Latham leaves his tal- ent for blowing the cornet. To Lucille Gill, Betty Faye Golden, Annie Ruth Lowery, Cynthia McDaniel and jimmy Swett the entire Senior class leaves the smartest faculty on earth-we assure you they can't be de- ceived. L Zona Morris, our business manager, leaves to her successor the idea that Terry Hagat's antics could chase any soliciting blues away. james Etier leaves his trips of adventure to Bobby Hendrix, a fellow football player. To be sure that family tradition is remembered, Ruth Fleming commands her cousin Patsy Austin to be as smart in the senior class as she was. Ruby Lee Hanson leaves her dry humor to Clara jean Bledsoe and Ruby Lee's friends agree it will give much pleasure to Clara's friends.

To her brother Richard Hoggatt, Frankie Hoggatt leaves more space and superiority for him on their father's bus. Believing that someone should have it, Pearl Hopkins is happy to leave Max Ross her brilliant ability to foretell coming events. To her brother Fred Douciere, Elizabeth Douciere leaves her place on the honor roll. Sally Lyles, our seamstress, leaves this ability to Betty Jo Cannon who always looks neat. These possessions are yours to throw away or to improve.
