Dedication Heartsease Higgins, fondly called HEART by her friends, will be greatly missed by the Mandeville Elementary School Faculty, Staff, and Students. Mrs. Higgins came to us in 1969 after teaching ten years in Baton Rouge. Heart has contributed much to the development of our children. Her soft voice and warm smile are a joy to her friends and peers. Her art displays and dramatizations wiIHong bemembered by all. Mrs. Higgins loves traveling, collecting antiques, playing cards, and being with friends and relatives. She plans to remain in Mandeville after her retirement, which makes us very happy. We hope that she will plan on visiting us often. We wish you a fond farewell, Heart . Enjoy your leisure time.
