Students and teachers for- got about homework and books for a day and instead went outside and had a ball! Homerooms competed against each other in such events as the wheelbarrow race, the five-legged race, and the snail race. Music and food was provided for all at lunch time. The day turned out to be a real success. 3-l Monica's working hard, but Caroline's just having fun!

Who vvould believe some of the teachers in, vvhat, jeans? But they were all out there, giving their all and egging on their homeroorns. That's what really made Field Day so great, the togetherness that bonded the teachers and students, It was also the same kind of together- ness that made the day possi- bleg without Mr. Post's fine enthusiasm and hard work, Field Day would have lust remained an idea.
