SPRING SECTIO TERS AURIO Unique Feature This year a new section is introduced to the Aurion. The unique feature of this section is that it will be included in our yearbook and also sent to those who grad- uated last year. By doing so we can include those events happening at the close of school which usually are left out because of early deadlines. Hopefully this tradition will be continued so that we will receive a supplement after we have left Manchester. ' EXTRA! l EXTRA' V

ILl GER W at 'f f . Talent Overwhelms Last year individual talent flowed through the ranks of the Manchester Var- sity Baseball team. This was evidenced by Mike Petrucelli who made First Team All County, First Team All League and was voted to the Northem New Jersey All-Star Team. Mike was also elected Most Valua- ble Player by the team. Other talents con- sisted of Tom Schmitz, Pat Molino, and Bob Rodrigues. Tom made All County First Team and First Team All League. Pat made honorable mention All League and Bob made honorable mention All County. More great talent came from the pitching staff. Although young and unex- perienced, this team led by Ken Steiginga, proved to be a valuable asset to the team. Without that great pitching, the team could not have stuck in there as long as they did. Coach Grossi gives a pre-game pep talk which sparked a two mn first inning for the Falcons. Tom Schmitz won the Manchester Varsity Baseball Triple Crown.
