Many students here at Manchester are caught up in the fanatical supporting of the English rock group YES. The group celebrated their tenth year in the rock world by playing four sold-out nights at Madison Square Garden, this past September. It seemed that half of Manchester attended at least one show, and some real die-hard fans went as many times as they possibly could. Students also participated in YES T-shirt day. One of the titles of a YES song, Going for the One , was even adopted as the motto for the I978 football season.
