WEIGHTLIFTI G The Weightlifting club, newly formed this year, consists of a large group who work after school, aiming to improve endurance and stamina. They meet three times a Week. At Christmas time, the club adds to the display case in the main lobby with Christmas scenery and makes the scenery for the various concerts dur- ing the year. S2 pf: ...J If you have ever wondered just what makes a yearbook, keep on reading! There are various editors, each having a different staff. The sports editor covers and records all athletic events. The literary edi- tor, who composes the Write-upsf' and identifies the people pic- tured, works with the layout editor, who chooses and lays out the pictures. The typing editor sees that all written material in the book is typed correctly, and the business manager aids in the selling of ads and yearbooks. Co-editors-in-chief work in Whatever area they can to ensure the book's.success. A very important asset to a yearbook staff are good advisors who work hard to see that the book is being done correctly. The main objectives are to bind the parts of the book together smoothly . . . the combined result of their effort-a great yearbook.
