This year the G. H. Reid Chapter of the National Honor Society tapped fifteen Juniors and twelve Seniors, making a total of forty-nine members in this honor club. The purpose of the society is to. stimulate the scholarship, the leadership, the service, and the character of high school students. A person must excel in these before he is qualified for membership in the Honor Society. Selling candy is one of the projects of the National Honor Society.
