to the The theme of the 1956 Memoir is the honor code. This code was introduced students in November of 1954. Since then it has accomplished much for the student body and is steadily progressing. The honor council in its advent was made up of a three-member group of the Quill and Scroll Chapter. This year for the first time the council is made up of five members representing the National Honor Society. Big Wheel, Quill and Scroll, Hi-Y and Y-Teen. These representatives were appointed by the president of the S.C.A. Mr. Kaempf, sponsor of the S.C.A. has done a great deal to help iron out the problems that confronted the coun- cil in reference to the Honor Code.
