Each community holds responsible a group, selected by vote upon Whom the responsibility of the safe and sane conduct of the school rests. The Manchester community has been fortunate in their choice, for they have selected for this duty persons tested in business life and thoroughly qualified to make the many and important decisions that confront a Board of Education. The students of the Manchester High' School have come to realize their great respon- sibility and have come to look upon their decisions as having been the result of careful study Where the interests of the greatest number are to be satisfied.
