During the first years of their marriage they were not very congenial because Esther insisted on contin- uing her career as a 'blues' singer. Since she has given up that career and settled down to homemaking she ind Henry have become a devoted couple. ,George Cooper has been employed for many years as an auotioneer for the American Tobacco Company. He received his training ln P. D. classes. Glenn Danner has become a pilot for the Pan American Airways. Just now he's on his way with his family for a vacation down south. By the way, fhy Diehl after working for Doctor Blymlre ten years finally consented to unite ln marriage with Glenn. She is very proud of her aviator husband and two childrem, Glenn Jr. and Yvonne. Kenneth Diehl has done quite well for himself. He now holds the greatest share in the Diehl Undertaking and Furniture Business at lt. Iolf. Another happy couplel Ir. and Irs. Eugene Haugh, Irs. Haugh, being the former las Erwin. They are now residing at the Haugh ancestral home in the Forge Hills. They are both successful farmers, their specialty being prlse-winning goats. Leona Hoover was quietly married to her finance of high school days, Jacob Decker. They are living at I034, Lover's Lane, on the way to Starview. Phyllis Koch has turned out to be one of the leading styllsts of the day. Women of fashion from all quarters of the globe come to her shop at Pleasant Grove. Jim Pugh has circumnavigated the globe three times with a Ford.motor car and a birch bark canoe. On the second trip he married Dorothy Kochenour who had a boarding house for sewing- factory girls. Since they have returned home, they have been living quietly CYD at York Haven. Kiss Ruth Kohler has devoted her attention to the manufacture of cosmetics, and after be- coming efficient in the French language has opened s beauty parlor in Paris. Luther Kohr went to California and made his fortune by gathering snails to sell to French restaurants. He spends his leisure time ln Hollywood 'galllvanting' with movie actresses. Gerald Kunkle is the owner of the Kunkle dairy with its office located in lt. wolf. His milk trucks supply the entire community with milk, even golng as far as Bald Hills. Eugene Landis, after having been a teacher of shorthand and typing, has opened the Landis Business College, located in lanchester. David Lingg has gone to India where he has taken up the occupation lion-taming and crocodile-hunting. Herman Linthurst has turned out to be the 'Babe Ruth' of our class and plays with the Car- dinals. He gets the small salary of 540,000 annually. The wilds of darkest Africa have called two of our classmates, lr. and Irs. Frederick Craley. Irs. Craley was the former Rita Willis. After graduating from hlgh school Fred. studied to become a minister and Rita attended a Bible school.
